Extended Frontobasal Approach for Skull Base Lesions

Abstract Background Lesions involving the skull base can be approached by a variety of surgical corridors and extended frontobasal approach is one them. It provides quite wide exposure to lesions in midline anterior base, paranasal sinuses, sphenoclival region. Objective To share our experience, list merits demerits, this for lesions. Methods A total six cases were operated using approach.
